How do I request a receipt for your message?

To request a receipt for your message:

  • Step 1

    Select a message, (this could be a message you have received, or you could create a new message by pressing the New Mail icon in your inbox toolbar.)

  • Step 2

    If this is a message you received, click on the Reply or Forward option in your toolbar.

  • Step 3

    Once the message is open, click on Options.

  • Step 4

    Under the Receipt option, click on the down arrow to get a receipt for either Read, Delivery or Delivery and Read.

Requesting a receipt in Webmail, is a good way to confirm the recipient has received your message.
