Step 1
Go to Options, Mail>External Accounts>New Accounts.
Go to Options, Mail>External Accounts>New Accounts.
Fill in the Account Info tab with your name, email address, and the Account name for this identity and press the Next button at the bottom of the screen to continue.
Fill in the Incoming Server tab by putting in the incoming Server Name, Login/User Name and your Password. You can also change which folder to receive messages in by pressing the Select button and choosing a folder other than your Inbox. Additional options in the Incoming Server tab include changing the port for your incoming server to something other than 110, if your email server uses the Secure Sockets Layer you can select the SSL radio button under Security, Delete mail from the server after getting by putting a check mark for that option and you can also put a check mark to Remember password. Hit the Next button after you are done filling out all the information.
The Confirm tab will display all the information you have filled out, if it is all correct press Create Account.
The Status tab will show if the account was created successfully, and if it is able to get emails successfully.
Press the Finish button to complete creating the account.
Webmail allows you to set up multiple identities so that you can check important messages you may be receiving on other email accounts.
