Can I move my phone equipment to another address?

Your phone equipment must stay at the same address where the Internet service was initially installed in order to allow 9-1-1 to associate the call with the correct address in the event of an emergency. Please do not move your phone equipment without Cogeco's consent.

If you are moving, contact us to advise of your new address.
