One of my receivers stopped working.

From My Account, you can re-initialize your digital receiver by following these steps:

  1. Select TV in the main menu.
  2. Select View my equipment.
  3. Find the malfunctioning receiver, then select Activate/Reactivate button and a signal will be sent to the receiver.

If this does not resolve the issue, call our technical support for additional troubleshooting.
