If you pay your bill via your online bank account, by phone or at your bank counter, please check if your account number and Cogeco's banking name (payee name) are up to date.
Good to know: We’ve transitioned to a new billing system, this is why you may have to change these pieces of information.
It has 11 digits and starts with “50”.
You can find your new account number in the top right corner and at the bottom of your bill.
Alternatively, you can find your new account number in My Account, near the top of the main menu.
Or by following these steps:
You need to make sure that you have the updated Cogeco name registered in your bank account, which is generally referred to as Payee name.
The new payee name you need to select is Cogeco Connexion 50.
Not all bank institutions require the same procedure to modify your payment detail, therefore, follow the procedure provided by your bank to modify your payment details.
Good to know: You can only use Cogeco’s new payee name with your new billing account number. The new payee name cannot be used to pay an old bill containing your old billing account number.
