4 tips to benefit from eBilling
Tip #1: Don’t miss a single payment
For peace of mind, sign up for pre-authorized payments. This way, your bills will be automatically paid from your bank account or credit card every month.
Tip #2: Organize your bills and avoid clutter
You can access your last 18 bills at any time by going to My Account.
Then, save your bills in PDF format and file them in a folder on your computer or on the cloud. This means fewer papers taking up drawer space!
Tip #3: Make sure you’re getting all our emails
To update the email address we use to send you the notifications telling you your latest eBill is ready, visit My Account and select Bills & Payments from the menu.
To prevent our emails from ending up in your junk mail folder, add the address firstname.lastname@example.org to your contacts.
Tip #4: Don’t change your payment habits
Your due date doesn’t change, so you can continue paying your bill just as you’re used to doing.
Still not sure? Try eBilling for one month, then simply unsubscribe if you change your mind.
