Important information about your trial:
- Before its official launch, EPICO will be in a testing phase, so there may be some bugs with this service during your trial.
- There is a risk that we may not be able to start the pilot on the scheduled date. A customer service agent will contact you a second time on November 26 to confirm the start date.
- We will contact you to get feedback about your experience.
- Certain Internet and TV packages currently offered will no longer be available at the end of this pilot project. If you’re currently a Cogeco customer and you subscribe to one of these packages, you may no longer have access to it. If you do not wish to keep EPICO at the end of the trial period, you can contact a customer service agent who will suggest the package that best meets your needs.
