You can reschedule with My Account if your appointment is:
- In more than 24 hours
- For an equipment or service installation
If your appointment is in less than a day or is for technical support, please call us.
Here's how to reschedule your appointment:
- Log in to My Account.
- On the Dashboard, select Reschedule.
- Choose from the suggested dates or select See other availabilities and select the one that works for you.
- Choose a time slot and add instructions if needed.
- Select Confirm your appointment.
- Confirm that all the information is correct then select Submit.
