How do I delete a filter?

To delete a filter:

  • Step 1

    Click on Options near the bottom left hand corner of your screen.

  • Step 2

    Click on Local Account>Mail Filters.

  • Step 3

    Select the filter that you would like to delete and then click on the Delete Filters button.

  • Step 4

    A pop up will ask you "Are you sure?", press the Confirm button.

With Webmail, you can delete a filter that you may not be using to manage your email account better.
