How do I make changes to my Cogeco services?

The short answer is that it depends on the changes you want to make.

To make changes related to your email account, to download Cogeco Security services or to modify the channels included in your My Mix TV package, you can do so through My Account. If you don’t have a My Account profile yet, you can create one here.

For all other changes, please contact us. You can chat with a sales representative or submit your request here, and someone will get back to you shortly.
