There can be many reasons for needing to return your equipment. If you’ve cancelled your Cogeco service, you need to return the equipment to us—and it must be in good working order. Note that the steps below also apply if your equipment is being changed and you need to return your current equipment to us. There are 2 ways to do this:
Good to know: If we haven’t received your equipment within 21 days of cancelling your service, a charge will be applied to your account. To avoid unnecessary charges, please return your equipment as soon as possible.
