What do I need to know about selecting channels for my My Mix TV package?

With a My Mix package, you can select certain channels you want included. Here’s how to make or modify your channel choices:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Go to the Television section, then select Channel Selector.
  3. Select the channels that interest you and save your choices.

The changes are made to your account immediately, so your newly added channels should be available within moments of receiving a confirmation. If you still don’t have access to your newly selected channels after a few minutes, please contact customer service.

Good to know:

The 30 days after you subscribe to a MyMix package, you will not be able to change any of your channel.After that 30 day period, you can change any channel you want when you want. Although, you have to keep the channel you changed to for a period of 30 days before changing it again

What happens if your package or a channel you’ve selected is no longer offered?

If you’re currently subscribed to a discontinued package or channel, it may still be possible for you to keep it

However, if a package or channel has been discontinued, it definitely won’t be possible to order it again at a later date.
