When I schedule an appointment for a technician, will I receive a confirmation?

Yes, you will receive an automated call prior to the scheduled date and time of your appointment to confirm that you still need on-site technical assistance.

Unless you need to change your appointment time, there’s no need to call us to confirm your appointment.

Good to know: If your appointment is in more than 24 hours and you need to reschedule, you can do so with My Account (see How do I change my appointment date?).
