Which TV features and services can I manage with My Account?

My Account makes managing your TV service easy. You can use it to:

  • Activate your TV equipment
  • View your usage for the current and past 3 billing cycles for Pay-Per-View and Cogeco On Demand.
  • View your TV package and equipment information.
  • View TV channel information.
  • Make modifications to your TV channels via the TV channel selector tool (if you have a My Mix package).

Here's how to access these features:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Select Television.
