Start by checking if Cogeco is available at your new address. Then log in to My Account to inform us of your upcoming move at least 5 days in advance and up to 3 months before moving day. You can also contact us to speak with one of our moving specialists to get your order started.

An agent will call you to validate if your address is eligible to self-install or to book an appointment with one of our technicians with your preferred date and time.

Don’t forget to bring all Cogeco equipment with you to your new home. An agent can help determine if a local technician is required, or if our simple self-install kit will be best for your installation.

With Cogeco, moving services are free. Please bring all Cogeco equipment with you to your new home. When you contact Customer Service to set up services at your new home, we’ll also arrange the return of any equipment that won’t be used there.

If we’re installing your services, a technician will come to your home to connect everything, and that includes configuring your service for all the outlets that will be used. The technician will make sure you know how to use your new service as well as its key features.
