Certain Internet services providers (Bell Canada, Bragg Communications Inc. dba Eastlink, Cogeco Connexion Inc., Distributel Communications Limited, Ebox Telecommunications Inc., Fido Solutions Inc., Rogers Communications Canada Inc., Saskatchewan Telecommunications, Shaw Communications Inc., TekSavvy Solutions Inc., Telus Communications Inc., and Videotron Ltd.) have been ordered to block access in Canada to unauthorized streams of live FIFA games.  Consequently, access may have been disabled pursuant to an Order of the Federal Court (Canada) dated October 21, 2022, in Federal Court File No. T-1894-22. Access to certain unauthorized streams of live FIFA games is disabled in Canada because they communicate copyrighted content without authorization.


This Order was issued at the request of the following Plaintiffs in Canada: Bell Media Inc., CTV Specialty Television Enterprises Inc., The Sports Network Inc., and Le Réseau des sports (RDS) Inc. against defendants John Doe 1, John Doe 2 et al.


If you are the operator of any of the servers that have been made inaccessible, an Internet service customer affected by the Order, or anyone else who believes to be affected by the Order, you may bring a motion in the Federal Court to seek a variation of this Order insofar as it affects your ability to access or distribute non-infringing content. To do so, you must serve and file a motion record prior to the end of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022


If you believe that the Order is blocking your attempt to access non-infringing content, you may contact the Plaintiffs at the following address: contentprotection@bell.ca, or Plaintiffs’ agent Friend MTS at the following e-mail address: fifa_ca_ipallocation@friendmts.com. Your e-mail should include the URL or IP address of the website you attempted to reach, as well as the date and time of your attempt.

Access to certain unauthorized streams of live NHL games is disabled in Canada because they communicate copyrighted content without authorization.
 
This Order was issued at the request of the following Plaintiffs in Canada: Groupe TVA Inc., Rogers Media Inc., Rogers Communications Inc., BCE Inc., Bell Media Inc., CTV Specialty Television Enterprises Inc., The Sports Network Inc. and Le Réseau des sports (RDS) Inc.

Consequently, access may have been disabled pursuant to an Order of the Federal Court (Canada) dated July 18, 2023, in Federal Court File No. T-1253-23. Access to certain unauthorized streams of live MLBgames is disabled in Canada because they communicate copyrighted content without authorization.


This Order was issued at the request of the following Plaintiffs in Canada: Groupe TVA Inc, Rogers Media Inc.
