Taxes not included. A fee of $60 per technician visit for a standard installation and/or activation as well as applicable fees for any additional work may apply. Limited-time promotion. A minimum commitment period corresponding to the promotions and billed at the same address is required to benefit from the promotional rates. Pre-authorized debit or credit card payment and service bundling on a single invoice are required.
