What should I do if I think my bill is wrong?

There are a number of reasons your bill may be different this month. Here are a few:

  • Did you order a movie or pay-per-view event?
  • Did you have a product or service added to your account part way through your billing period?
  • Has your most recent payment not posted to your Cogeco account yet?

We recommend logging in to My Account and reviewing your products & services, recent payments and more. If after a review of your account details you still feel there is an error, please contact us.
