How do I reset my Wireless Modem?
Unplug the modem from the electrical outlet. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the modem back in.
If you subscribe to both Internet and telephone services, your wireless modem will have a battery. To reset your modem, remove the battery and unplug the wireless modem from the electrical outlet. Then reinsert the battery and plug the modem into the power source.
To go back to your wireless modem’s original settings, insert a pin or paperclip into the reset hole on the back of the modem. Hold the button down for 30 seconds, and then release it. Your modem will reset automatically within 15 minutes.
