Why can't I connect to a website?

If you cannot connect to a specific website, first check whether you can connect to other websites.

If these sites work but the site you want still doesn’t, it is most likely the website itself that has a problem. Cogeco is not responsible for this type of problem.

  • Check that you have entered the correct address.
  • Try the website a few minutes later, as sites are usually not down for long.

If you cannot connect to any website, the network may be down or your computer may have a connection or configuration problem. Contact Cogeco’s technical support and a technician will assist you.
