Payment FAQ

How do I pay my bill?

We make it easy for you to pay your bill. You can submit payments online, over the phone or at your bank. We also offer monthly automated payments from your bank account or credit card.

Pay your bill using one of the following methods:

  • Pay online using a major credit card. Payment posts to your Cogeco account in about 1 business day:
    • Log in to My Account with your username and password
    • Select "Bills & Payments" from the main menu
    • Select "Pay Bill"
    • Follow the onscreen instructions
  • Sign up for monthly automated payments from a major credit card or your bank account. Sign up through My Account or contact us by phone.
  • Use your financial institution’s online or telephone banking services. Payment posts to your Cogeco account in about 3-4 business days.

Use your financial institution’s automated bank teller (ATM), or pay in person with a bank teller. Payment posts to your Cogeco account in about 7-10 business days.
