Why is the channel I used to watch at a new channel number or no longer available?

Sometimes, for various reasons, we may have to change channel number assignment. The programming should still be available, but on a different channel number.

Alternatively, sometimes companies discontinue certain channels for a variety of reasons. Cogeco Connexion has no control over this situation.
