How do I add an additional rental receiver?

To add another rental receiver, call the Customer Service or visit the How to order section of our web site to order and receive a receiver by mail or visit one of our stores to pick up a receiver.

You can thereafter choose the installation type that best fits your needs:

  • Self-installation: Hook up your new receiver as per the instructions in the User Guide.
  • Professional installation: Call our Customer Service to arrange for an installation technician to come by (please note service charges will be applied).

If you choose to rent TiVo receivers, a technician will have to come by to install it.
