How do I activate my service?
From your My Account page, you can initialize your digital receiver by going to “Services & Equipment” and “My Equipment” and selecting the receiver. Click the Activate/Reactivate button and a signal will be sent to the receiver.
If this does not work, you should print and complete the information sheet in the welcome guide to ensure necessary information is at your fingertips before contacting us to activate your receiver.
Retail activations require a call to our activations department to have equipment added to the customer account.
