How can I change my television service subscription?

For any changes to your service, that is to say change your Television Package, add additional channels or change your current channel selection for a My Mix package only, please contact our Customer Service.

We also offer to our customers subscribed to the Select Package an online tool that allows to change your channels. For more information, please refer to the following article.
