How can I find out if my credit with Cogeco has been applied to my bill?

To view what transactions have been applied to your account, follow these steps:
  • Go to My Account
  • Log in with your username and password
  • Select “Bills & Payments” from the main menu

There, you can view your account balance and the transactions that have applied since your last bill
