Why are some of the channels I’m subscribed to not showing up in my guide?

Sometimes a receiver can lose channels from the guide. If this is the case, unplug your Receiver and wait 15 seconds. Plug the power back in and wait 30 minutes before trying Guide again.

If your receiver still does not show your subscribed channels in your guide, contact our Technical Support team.
