Change to TiVo Service equipment Not sure of the equipment you have

Why do some of my DVRs not appear in the My DVR list?

It may be that some equipment did not register properly when accessing the "Cogeco Remote Recorder" application.

If this is the case, the following message will appear above the My DVR tab:

"Error: The following equipment did not connect with the Remote Recorder."

What to do?
1. Check that the devices identified in the message are on.
2. Check that they are properly connected to your cable.
3. Log back in to My Account.
4. Go back to the "Remote Recorder" application.

If the message reappears, contact our customer service.
