One of my receivers stopped working. Is there a quick way to fix it?
From your My Account page, you can re-initialize your digital receiver by going to “My Equipment” and selecting the malfunctioning receiver. Click the “Activate/Reactivate" button and a signal will be sent to the receiver. If this does not resolve the issue, call our technical support for additional troubleshooting.
