Certain Internet services providers (Bell Canada, Bragg Communications Inc. dba Eastlink, Cogeco Connexion Inc., Distributel Communications Limited, Ebox Telecommunications Inc., Fido Solutions Inc., Rogers Communications Canada Inc., Saskatchewan Telecommunications, Shaw Communications Inc., TekSavvy Solutions Inc., Telus Communications Inc., and Videotron Ltd.) have been ordered to block access in Canada to unauthorized streams of live FIFA games.  Consequently, access may have been disabled pursuant to an Order of the Federal Court (Canada) dated October 21, 2022, in Federal Court File No. T-1894-22. Access to certain unauthorized streams of live FIFA games is disabled in Canada because they communicate copyrighted content without authorization.


This Order was issued at the request of the following Plaintiffs in Canada: Bell Media Inc., CTV Specialty Television Enterprises Inc., The Sports Network Inc., and Le Réseau des sports (RDS) Inc. against defendants John Doe 1, John Doe 2 et al.


If you are the operator of any of the servers that have been made inaccessible, an Internet service customer affected by the Order, or anyone else who believes to be affected by the Order, you may bring a motion in the Federal Court to seek a variation of this Order insofar as it affects your ability to access or distribute non-infringing content. To do so, you must serve and file a motion record prior to the end of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022

Certain Internet services providers (Bell Canada, Bragg Communications Inc. dba Eastlink, Cogeco Connexion Inc., Distributel Communications Limited, Fido Solutions Inc., Rogers Communications Canada Inc., Saskatchewan Telecommunications, Shaw Communications Inc., TekSavvy Solutions Inc., Telus Communications Inc., Videotron Ltd. and 2251723 Ontario Inc. dba VMedia) have been ordered to block access in Canada to unauthorized streams of live NHL games.  Consequently, access may have been disabled pursuant to an Order of the Federal Court (Canada) dated November 21, 2022, in Federal Court File No. T-955-21. Access to certain unauthorized streams of live NHL games is disabled in Canada because they communicate copyrighted content without authorization.
 
This Order was issued at the request of the following Plaintiffs in Canada: Groupe TVA Inc., Rogers Media Inc., Rogers Communications Inc., BCE Inc., Bell Media Inc., CTV Specialty Television Enterprises Inc., The Sports Network Inc. and Le Réseau des sports (RDS) Inc.

Consequently, access may have been disabled pursuant to an Order of the Federal Court (Canada) dated July 18, 2023, in Federal Court File No. T-1253-23. Access to certain unauthorized streams of live MLBgames is disabled in Canada because they communicate copyrighted content without authorization.


This Order was issued at the request of the following Plaintiffs in Canada: Groupe TVA Inc, Rogers Media Inc.

have been ordered to block access in Canada to unauthorized streams of live games of several sports leagues, including the NHL, NBA, MLB, IIHF, UFC, Premier League, and UEFA. Consequently, access may have been disabled pursuant to a Federal Court of Canada order dated July 9, 2024, in Court File No. T-743-24. Access to certain unauthorized live streams has been disabled in Canada because they communicate copyrighted content without authorization in Canada.

This Order was issued at the request of the following Plaintiffs in Canada:

ROGERS MEDIA INC., ROGERS COMMUNICATIONS INC., BCE INC., BELL MEDIA INC., CTV SPECIALTY TELEVISION ENTERPRISES INC., THE SPORTS NETWORK INC., LE RÉSEAU DES SPORTS (RDS) INC., GROUPE TVA INC., and FUBOTV INC. against the Defendants John Doe 1, John Doe 2, andal.

Soap2day

Certain Internet services providers (Bell Canada, Bragg Communications Inc. dba Eastlink, Cogeco Connexion Inc., Fido Solutions Inc., Rogers Communications Canada Inc., Saskatchewan Telecommunications, TekSavvy Solutions Inc., Telus Communications Inc., Vidéotron Ltd. and 2251723 Ontario Inc. dba  VMEDIA) have been ordered to block access in Canada to block access to certain sites associated with the Soap2day service (the "Soap2day Platforms").  Consequently, access may have been disabled pursuant to an Order of the Federal Court (Canada) dated December 16, 2024, in Federal Court File No. T-1125-23. Access to the Soap2day Platforms is disabled in Canada, because they communicate copyrighted content in Canada without authorization.

Bell Media Inc. Columbia Pictures Industries, Inc, Disney Enterprises, Inc, Get'Er Done Productions, Inc, Get'Er Done Productions 6, Inc, Get'Er Done Productions 7, Inc, Netflix Studios, LLC, Netflix Worldwide Entertainment, LLC, Paramount Pictures Corporation, Spinner Productions Inc., Universal City Studios LLC, Universal City Studios Productions LLP and Warner Bros. Entertainment INC. against defendants John Doe 1 dba SOAP2DAY.TO, John Doe 2 dba SOAP2DAY.RS and al.

If you are the operator of any of the Soap2day Platforms that have been made inaccessible, an Internet service customer affected by the Order, or anyone else who believes to be affected by the Order, you may bring a motion in the Federal Court to seek a variation of this Order insofar as it affects your ability to access or distribute non-infringing content. To do so, you must serve and file a motion record within thirty (30) days of first being affected by the Order.

Coin.Ex

Certain Internet service providers (Bell Canada, Rogers Communications Canada Inc., Telus Communications Inc., Vidéotron Ltée, Cogeco Connexion Inc., Bragg Communications Inc., Saskatchewan Telecommunications, Xplore Inc., Teksavvy Solutions Inc., and Execulink Telecom Inc.) are subject to a permanent injunction order from the Superior Court of Québec requiring them to block access in Canada to the websites of the cryptoasset trading platform CoinEx.

As a result, access may have been disabled in accordance with the Superior Court order dated April 23, 2025, in court file number 500-11-064819-242.

This order was issued at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) against the defendants CoinEx Global Limited, Vino Global Limited, and Haipo Yang. For more details about the order and the reason for the blocking, please consult the AMF website.

Any person claiming to be affected by this order may apply to the Superior Court of Québec to request a modification of the order.

XT.com

Certain Internet service providers (Bell Canada, Rogers Communications Canada Inc., Telus Communications Inc., Vidéotron Ltée, Cogeco Connexion Inc., Bragg Communications Inc., Saskatchewan Telecommunications, Xplore Inc., Teksavvy Solutions Inc., and Execulink Telecom Inc.) are subject to a permanent injunction order from the Superior Court of Québec requiring them to block access in Canada to the websites of the cryptoasset trading platform XT.com.

As a result, access may have been disabled in accordance with the Superior Court order dated April 23, 2025, in court file number 500-11-064818-244.

This order was issued at the request of the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) against the defendants XT.COM Exchange and BZ Limited. For more details about the order and the reason for the blocking, please consult the AMF website.

Any person claiming to be affected by this order may apply to the Superior Court of Québec to request a modification of the order.
