Toll-Free 1000 service

Customer must not use Business Phone service for telemarketing, autodialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, fax broadcasting or fax blasting. Customer is responsible for any fraudulent calls resulting from unauthorized access to telephone systems. Use of call transfer, conference call and call forwarding options may be subject to long distance charges if not included in your package. Customer with a 36 month fixed-term commitment for Business Phone Essential and Business Phone Complete may: (i) upgrade to an enhanced package at any time at no extra cost; or (ii) once a year, within a given year of the agreement term, reduce services within a package and pay applicable administrative fees. In both cases, the term commitment period will be reset.

Business Phone Essential Package: The regular price of this package without a fixed-term commitment and not bundled is $49.95. To qualify for the:

$29.95 offer, customer must commit to a 36 month term and subscribe to 2 services, including Cogeco Business Digital Cable TV or Cogeco Business Internet.
$39.95 offer, customer must commit to a 36 month term.

Business Phone Premium Package: This package includes 1,500 long distance minutes across Canada and the U.S. that can be shared with additional lines. Customers who exceed 1,500 minutes in a given month will be charged $0.07/minute and will receive a separate invoice for this amount. Unused minutes in a given month cannot be carried over to future months. The regular price this packages without a fixed-term commitment and not bundled is $79.95. To qualify for the:

$29.95 offer, customer must commit to a 36 month term and subscribe to 2 service(s), including Cogeco Business Digital Cable TV or Cogeco Business Internet.
$49.95 offer, customer must commit to a 36 month term.
$69.95 offer, customer must subscribe to 2 service(s), including Cogeco Business Digital Cable TV or Cogeco Business Internet, without committing to a specific term.

Business Complete Phone Package: The regular price this packages without a fixed-term commitment and not bundled is $89.95. To qualify for the:

$39.95 offer, customer must commit to a 36 month term and subscribe to 2 service(s), including Cogeco Business Digital Cable TV or Cogeco Business Internet.
$59.95 offer, customer must commit to a 36 month term.
$79.95 offer, customer must subscribe to 2 service(s), including Cogeco Business Digital Cable TV or Cogeco Business Internet, without committing to a specific term.

A Cogeco Business Phone service is required to subscribe to the Cogeco Business Toll-Free service. Customers who exceed 1,000 minutes in a given month will be charged $0.07/minute and will receive a separate invoice for this amount. Unused minutes in a given month cannot be carried over to future months. Cogeco’s Business Toll-Free 1000 service applies to calls originating in Canada and the United States. Vanity or customized numbers are subject to availability.

Download and upload speeds can vary with Internet traffic, remote peers, the customer’s network configuration, the use of wireless equipment and other factors. See details. Promotions are limited to new customers of the promoted service(s) or to those who have cancelled their service(s) for more than 6 months prior to the promotion start date. May not be combined with any other promotion for the same service. Installation and activation of the service must take place within 4 weeks of the customer's commitment date, unless an additional delay is required by Cogeco's technical department. Installation fees for services or equipment may be charged to the customer. The customer agrees to protect the equipment from deterioration, alteration or damage and to return the equipment after the end date of the services. Installation fees are not refundable. At the end of the term, the current monthly prices will apply. If the customer chooses to end the services prior to the expiration of a specified period or promotional period that entitles the customer to discounted rates or other benefits, the termination fees set forth in the agreement will apply.

Since November 30, 2023, people across Canada can call and text 9-8-8, a new three-digit service, for help with mental health and suicide prevention. 9-8-8 is free for anyone in Canada who is thinking about suicide, in emotional distress, or who is worried about someone they know.

Cogeco Business Wi-Fi extenders and Pods require a subscription to an UltraFibre 80 Internet package or higher.
