Our measures to keep you and our employees safe

While we continue to prioritize the need to keep our customers connected, we are also prioritizing the safety and security of our customers and employees.

  • We are transitioning to self and remote installations and repairs wherever possible.
  • We are requiring employees who can work from home to do so.
  • All our employees returning from abroad or showing symptoms are instructed to stay at home for the recommended 14-day period.
  • We are implementing safety and sanitation measures in our workplaces and for any team member dealing directly with customers in case of emergencies.

Self or remote installations and repairs

  • We will favor our new self installation procedure to conduct any installation or repair work.
  • When required, we will complete our installation and repair work outside of your business with the exception of emergency services (evaluated on a case-by-case basis).
  • The equipment will then be delivered to the business to continue the self installation process.
  • A technician will call you to walk you through the installation process over the phone or through a video conferencing app.
