How do I add a signature to my messages?

To add a signature to my messages:

  • Step 1

    Select Options near the bottom left corner.

  • Step 2

    Select Identities and then Local Account.

  • Step 3

    Under the Signature field, type in your signature message.

  • Step 4

    Put a checkmark under the Add the signature to every message you compose option.

Adding a signature to your messages in Webmail is a good way to make your messages look more professional.
