  • Every month, we send you an email notification letting you know that your bill is ready.
  • Your bills can be viewed for a period of 18 months.

Frequently asked questions

  • How do I pay my bill?

    We make it easy for you to pay your bill. You can submit payments online, over the phone or at your bank. We also offer monthly automated payments from your bank account or credit card.

    Pay your bill using one of the following methods:

    • Pay online using a major credit card. Payment posts to your Cogeco account in about 1 business day:

      • Log in to My Account with your username and password

      • Select "Bills & Payments" from the main menu

      • Select "Pay Bill"

      • Follow the onscreen instructions

    • Sign up for monthly automated payments from a major credit card or your bank account. Sign up through My Account

    • Use your financial institution’s online or telephone banking services. Payment posts to your Cogeco account in about 3-4 business days.

    • Use your financial institution’s automated bank teller (ATM), or pay in person with a bank teller. Payment posts to your Cogeco account in about 7-10 business days.

  • How do I report a payment?

    You only need to report a payment to our credit department if your account is overdue. You can reach the credit department at 1-866-232-9017

    • Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.

    • Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

    • Sunday and Holidays: Closed

    If your account is not overdue, there is no need for you to report a payment.

  • How do I set up automatic payments from my bank account?
    • Go to My Account

    • Connect with your username and password

    • Select “Bills & Payments” from the menu.

    • Select “Pre-authorized Payments”

    • This link will guide you through the appropriate steps.

  • Where can I find my Account Number?

    Your account number is on the first page of your bill, on the top right corner.

    If you’re already register to My Account, you can also find it following those steps:

    • Go to My Account

    • Log in with your username and password

    • Select “Profile Settings” on the top right of the page

    • Select the “Account Management” tab

    • Your account number and information are available here

  • What is my account balance and on which day of the month are my payments due?

    To find out what your current account balance is and when your next payment is due, follow these steps:

    • Go to My Account

    • Log in with your username and password

    • Select "Billing & Payments" from the main menu

    There, you can view your account balance and the date on which your payment is due
