How can I tell if my area has already been integrated?

Same package

Your package isn’t changing, but if you ever want to switch things up, you can now take advantage of Cogeco’s plans.

The look of your bill has changed, but the price of your services is the same.

The billing cycle now covers the current month. The new payment due date is shown at the bottom of your new bill.

Benefit from all that My Account has to offer

If your account has already been integrated into the Cogeco system, you now have access to Cogeco’s My Account.

If your account hasn’t yet been integrated into Cogeco’s system, continue to use your DERY/Axion Client space.

Among other things, My Account allows you to:

Easily access your payments

Enjoy a simple billing experience and more control. Make one-time payments or sign up for pre-authorized payments.

Stay informed about outages in your area

You can check the status of your service, if an outage is reported or if scheduled maintenance affects your services.

Receive important notifications

Receive important notifications related to your services, as well as all the Cogeco news that affects you.

There’s no need to change your equipment now

Even if your services have been integrated into Cogeco’s system, you can continue to use your DERY/Axion equipment for now.

You’ll need to change to Cogeco equipment if:

  • Your equipment needs to be swapped because of a service issue
  • You change one of your packages
  • You move to an area that has already been integrated
